Our Leadership – The Team Behind CDC Developers
The CDC Developers leadership team brings together seasoned professionals from real estate development, hospitality and finance. Backed by Hashoo Group — Pakistan's leading hospitality group — and Askari Housing, our leaders have shaped Pearl Tower, CDC Residencia and UDC Askari into some of Lahore's most trusted addresses. This page introduces the people guiding that mission.
From land acquisition and GHQ approvals to design, construction and on-time handover, the CDC Developers leadership team stays personally involved at every stage. That hands-on approach, combined with hospitality-grade service standards, is why buyers across Askari 11 and DHA Lahore continue to place their trust in our developments. Read on to meet the executives and directors behind that promise.

Leadership Philosophy
Our leadership believes luxury is a discipline: transparent documentation, GHQ-approved projects, on-schedule delivery and hospitality-grade finishes on every residence. That philosophy runs from the boardroom to the construction site. Every decision the CDC Developers leadership team makes — from material selection to payment-plan structuring — is measured against a single standard: would we be proud to hand these keys to our own families?
This discipline shows in documented titles, clear escalation matrices and after-handover support that treats residents as long-term partners. It is how the CDC Developers leadership has earned a reputation for trust in a market where promises are common and delivery is rare. When you buy from CDC Developers, you buy the certainty that the CDC Developers leadership stands behind every square foot.
